Order/Shipping
I don't know my measurements, what if the wig doesn’t fit my head? What should I do?
M Luxe Extensions is not responsible for any wigs that are improperly fitted. Before making a purchase, please ensure you accurately measure your head and confirm that the wig listed on the website corresponds to your head size. Wig measurements are based on the circumference of your head in inches, using a measuring tape.
What is the shipping turnaround time?
● Preorder: Orders will be delivered within 2-4 business days once the units are completed (typically within 7-10 business days). However, we strive to expedite deliveries whenever possible!

Can I modify my order?

What shipping method is used?
We primarily use USPS for most shipments. Additionally, we offer FedEx and DHL as alternative shipping options.
Hair Care
What advice can you give to better maintain my glueless wig as a beginner?
Glueless wigs provide versatility without the need for adhesives, but maintaining their fresh appearance does require some care. Like your natural hair, glueless wigs with HD lace closures should be washed regularly. The great news is that if your wig is made from 100% real human hair, you can use the same hair products you have at home. Just remember to be gentle, as wigs are delicate. Use a sulfate-free shampoo and wash the hair softly, avoiding rough scrubbing that could tangle or damage the fibers. After shampooing, carefully detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb.
For added care, let your wig soak in shampoo and conditioner for about an hour or even overnight. This allows the conditioner to penetrate deeply, leaving your wig soft and manageable. Once soaked, rinse it thoroughly with clean water. To conclude, instead of heat styling, allow your wig to air dry by placing it on a towel or a wig stand.
